All Sales are final as these are personalised products.

Once you have ordered and paid for your products there are no refunds under any circumstances.

Studio Portraits - print order collections will be arranged.

Nursery/Dance/School - all orders will be delivered to the Nursery 

Digital Orders - will be emailed to the address you provide, please download and keep in a safe place.
